Description

Students will learn how to keep their bodies healthy and improve their movement skills of throwing, catching, kicking, striking, dancing, swimming, and gymnastics. They will learn that they can have fun while being safe and staying active. Students will also set goals, learn the importance of a balanced diet, and understand what it means to be a good teammate.
