Description

Students will learn how to improve their skills of throwing, catching, kicking, striking, dancing, swimming, and gymnastics through a variety of games and activities. They will also learn to set goals surrounding their overall health. Students will understand the importance of nutrition and daily exercise by learning how to design exercise circuits and plan daily meals. The course also helps students demonstrate what it means to be a good teammate and show sportsmanship.
